Custom Sock FAQ & Policies

1. What materials are Franklin Morrow socks made from?

Our socks are crafted with 80% combed cotton, 15% nylon, and 5% elastane for comfort, durability, and stretch.

Combed Cotton: Softer and stronger than regular cotton due to the removal of shorter fibers and impurities.

Nylon: Increases strength and helps socks hold their shape.

Elastane: Adds flexibility and keeps socks comfortably in place.

We reinforce all the toes and heels on our socks to ensure a long-lasting wear.

2. Can I order custom socks with my logo or design?

Yes! We create custom-branded socks for businesses, nonprofits, schools, sports teams, and events.

Minimum order: 100 pairs

Design styles: Jacquard woven

Packaging: Custom Packaging is available at an additional price.

Email sales@franklinmorrow.com with your logo (PNG, PDF, or EPS) and order details to start.

3. How long will my order take?

Design Proof: 2–5 business days after receiving your files

Production Time: 4–7 weeks after proof approval

Rush Orders: Available for an additional fee (based on current capacity)

4. How do I care for my socks?

Machine wash inside out, gentle cycle

Tumble dry low heat

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain quality

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Check. A 3% fee will be added to orders paid with by card.

Custom Orders: Require payment before production, but don't worry your socks won't move into production until you are completely satisfied with how they look!

6. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Shipping is included in our pricing model for all orders being shipped to the lower 48 states. An additional cost will be placed on orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

International Orders: Additional charges apply and vary by location. Import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. What is your return/exchange policy?

Custom Socks: All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect.

To start a return: Email sales@franklinmorrow.com with your reason for return.

8. Do you offer samples?

Yes! Please go to our samples page and order your sample. If you would like a physical sample of your sock design in hand prior to production they are available for an additional fee and may extend production time.

We respect your privacy.

We collect only the personal information necessary to process and deliver your order.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

By placing an order, you consent to our use of your information for communication and fulfillment purposes.

Terms & Conditions

A. Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo, artwork, or design for custom socks, you confirm that you own the rights to use that design or have obtained permission from the rightful owner. Franklin Morrow is not liable for trademark or copyright infringement caused by customer-provided designs.

B. Proof Approval

For custom orders, you will receive a digital proof for approval. Production will not begin until you approve the proof in writing (email confirmation is sufficient). Once approved, changes cannot be made.

C. Warranty Disclaimer

Our socks are made to the highest quality standards. We guarantee against manufacturing defects for 30 days after delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, improper washing, or misuse. If you find any defects to your socks, please let us know immediately. Our team does multiple comprehensive checks of every sock leaving our factory to ensure you receive the highest quality socks.

D. Limitation of Liability

Franklin Morrow’s liability for any claim relating to our products is limited to the purchase price paid by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or supply chain disruptions.

E. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio.
