What if you need to return your socks?
All sales of custom socks are final. Because each pair is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if there are any defects in your socks, we will gladly replace the defective socks at no additional cost. To report a defect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery of your order with photos of the defects and a description of the issue. You can e-mail us at sales@franklinmorrow.com
